Christmas Tree Fundraisers

Your organization can receive a donation from PATCHEN for every Christmas tree or Holiday Wreath purchased by your supporters.

Here is how it works.

  1. Email us with;
    • Name of your Organization
    • Evidence of non-profit status
    • Mailing address (where Check will be sent)
    • Your name (Fund Raiser Organizer)
    • Your email address and phone number
    • Number of Certificates you want to distribute
  2. Patchen verifies your Organization non-profit status and prepares Certificate
  3. Certificate, in pdf form, is sent to Fund Raiser Organizer for printing.
  4. Announcement of the event goes on the Patchen website and press release is distributed
  5. Fund Raiser Organizer distributes Certificates to participants
  6. Participants present Certificates at time of purchase
  7. After the Holiday season, Patchen prepares report of Certificates received and sends a check for full amount to Organization
